Customer Profiles


ARDEX Technology is based in Sydney but we have clients all over Australia, in New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Many of our clients are in the Thoroughbred Racing industry but we also have clients in human resources, insurance, and publishing.

This section provides a brief synopsis of some of our clients.


Arrowfield Stud


Arrowfield initially undertook Ardex for contract management and stallion bookings. It soon replaced their core business systems for farm operations. Its integrated horse, stud and marketing features have become a core business tool.


Lindsay Park Stud


Our multiple business solution for Lindsay Park Stud and Lindsay Park Racing optimises the synergies of each business, by having a single client and horse database, which is used for racing and breeding management from multiple farms and stables throughout Australia.


Livestock Transport Group


LTG transports horses from several dispatch centres around Australia. They use Ardex Premier for horse booking and dispatch management from several replicated database servers. The system has an integrated Accounts Receivable and Invoicing system. The system is accessed by 20 users nationally.


Turf Monthly

Turf Monthly is Australia's longest running thoroughbred magazine. Ardex Technology has recently completed implementation of Turf Monthly's new web site. Behind the scenes, the site features a content management system that allows magazine editors to enter new stories online and determine when and where they appear on the site. Turf Monthly also issues a number of periodic newsletters on different topics to a large database of subscribers. This is controlled through the content management system and emails are dispatched by our bulk mailing system.


Facet5

Facet5 is a human resources tool used by organisations in the areas of recruitment, staff training and assessment. The site is a platform from which a wide array of surveys and assessments may be completed by candidates and reviewers. The platform provides support for multi-language questionnaire delivery and reporting. The main questionnaire - Facet5 - is currently available in 26 languages. The site has users across the globe, through distribution partners in the UK, Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Ardex Technology developed the technical platform for the site and we have an ongoing programme of maintenance and expansion, as well as providing technical support for users around the world.
