Ardex has a range of resources available through our tailored helpdesks for Ardex Essentials and Ardex Premier. These include how to's, videos and chat options with the Ardex Support Team. We have a dedicated support desk operated by staff who have excellent knowledge of our products. Most calls are resolved immediately. We take extreme pride in the level of service we provide to our existing customers.

To help you get the most out of our software, Ardex Technology offers in house and onsite software training for Ardex Premier and Essential users.


In house training courses are run in the newly refurbished Ardex meeting room on Pitt Street in Sydney City (next to Martin Place). Training is by appointment and can take place on any working day during business hours. Training can be focused on any area of the application, or can be run in an ad-hoc manner with the presenter responding to questions asked.


User guide material relating to topics covered will be provided, and training will be conducted on a backup copy of your own Ardex database so everything covered is directly relevant to your ordinary daily operations and business model.
